Through our Commercialisation, Technology Transfer, Policy and Advocacy working groups, DRIInC is able to offer a range of products and services to actors in the food industry with particular interest in Dairy.
PRODUCTS
Through its partnership with LIPREC, several yoghurts are commercially available for sale directly to consumers or to businesses for all occasions. All our products are processed in a hygenic processing environment. Our products are duely registered with the FDA. We are not a commercial profit making entity, however our products are commercialized as part of our research and training models to transfer knowledge and skills to our students and small scale processors in industry.
